Public data · Focused ventures · Category-defining URLs
Government data becomes a venture that matters.
GovVentures turns public government information into useful products, agents, alerts and communities — built on digital brands designed to explain exactly what they do.
Powered by GovStream public-data infrastructure and the Global Ventures portfolio of 20,000+ URLs.
Evidence first. Every factual record links to its authoritative government source. AI summaries, scores and estimates are labeled — never presented as official determinations, legal advice, appraisals or investment recommendations.
Initial portfolio
Ten ventures, one shared foundation.
Each venture keeps its own name, purpose, users and economics. They share source evidence, identity, agents, alerts and membership — so every new connector strengthens the entire network.
One network, distinct ventures
Three intelligence networks, live today.
Property & public-record intelligence
Permits, title, code, flood and court events resolved to a property and turned into a watch, a diligence report or a consented service.
- PropertyBot & ePermits
- TitleManager & HomeAnalysis
- RealtyChain routing
Climate, weather & resilience
EPA, NOAA, FEMA and USGS signals become place profiles, alerts and community action — additive to the detailed eCoboard site.
- eCoboard & ClimateNews
- Flood, air & water events
- CONTRIB challenges
Contracts & grants
SAM.gov and Grants.gov matched by industry, location and capability — with deadline alerts and team subscriptions.
- ContractAlerts
- GrantAgent
- National federal feeds

Venture directory
The ventures.
Filter by collection and stage. A filter value appears only when a real venture record supports it.
Network topology
GovStream is the public-data nervous system.
The orchestration layer builds and improves the ventures; it does not replace them. Each domain keeps its own promise, users, content, agent and economics while sharing infrastructure.
Government source catalog
Authoritative feeds, with lineage.
Ten national connectors ship in the GovStream Connector Pack v1 — normalized to one event schema with immutable source snapshots. Status reflects the connector build, not a live production sync.
| Source | Agency | Cadence | Access | Feeds ventures | Status |
|---|
Not yet connected in production. A reference link is not approval to collect or republish every field. Terms, rate limits, authentication and schema are confirmed per source before any connector runs live. AirNow and SAM.gov require API keys; the other eight run keyless.
Participate
Bring data, capability, or capacity.
Every contributor — human or agent — is a federation peer, not an employee. Value added is what earns a place in the network.
Participation, ADAO and eShares do not represent a regulated investment or an ownership right beyond executed governing documents. Applicant details are never transmitted without specific consent.
About & methodology
Turning public data into ventures that matter.
Government agencies publish extraordinary amounts of information. It is fragmented across thousands of systems, hard to monitor, and disconnected from the people who could use it. GovVentures is the portfolio, discovery and participation layer for ventures that fix that — each one a focused eCorp smart entity powered by the shared GovStream data platform.
Venture stages
Stages are evidence-backed and require a versioned milestone record to advance. We do not collapse a venture into one unexplained score.
What we will not publish
- Invented revenue, users, funding, returns or government relationships.
- A venture called “live” unless the linked product and its core workflow actually function.
- A source called “connected” unless the connector health record confirms it.
- An AI summary presented as an official government determination or regulated professional conclusion.
The scorecard dimensions
Where a venture is measured, it is measured across separate dimensions — domain/function alignment, authoritative source coverage, connector reliability, working-product completeness, verified users, community contribution, verified revenue and strategic network contribution — never one composite number without its inputs.
